Chandigarh, Nov. 15 -- Haryana government has issued instructions to streamline the process of compassionate appointments, resignations, disciplinary proceedings, transfer and posting cases of common cadre Group-D employees across all state departments. As per the orders chief secretary Anurag Rastogi has issued, all matters pertaining to compassionate appointment, resignation, disciplinary proceedings etc, where the appointing authority is the director general, will be referred to the directorate of human resource, Haryana, for further action and orders. The compassionate appointment cases will be examined as per Haryana compassionate financial assistance or appointment rules, 2019.
