Gurugram, Jan. 12 -- Haryana's industries and commerce minister Rao Narbir Singh said the new master plan would direct Farrukhnagar's development, prioritizing road connectivity, bypasses, infrastructure and civic amenities. He laid the foundation stone for the Farrukhnagar-Daboda Mor road, a long-pending demand. "Better road connectivity is the backbone of development. This road will not only ease daily commuting for residents but will also improve access for trade and emergency services," Singh said. The minister reiterated commitments to the Farrukhnagar bypass, bus stand, sewerage, water and electricity. Addressing congestion, Singh said a bypass at Chandu and four-laning to Farrukhnagar would be taken up soon, despite technical hurdles from the Sultanpur National Bird Sanctuary. An underpass at the railway gate would be considered if congestion persists after four-laning. Officials said projects will be implemented in phases.
