The Scorpio reached MG Road and initially rammed the check post at Sukhrali. It then rammed into the barricades at the second check post in Sikanderpur too. The driver also hit a patrol vehicle when the police personnel in it tried to block the car at Sikanderpur, police said. Angry commuters allegedly damaged the car after managing to pull its occupants out at Sikanderpur. Inspector Sunil Kumar, station house officer of the DLF Phase II police station, said the driver was booked for attempted murder as he had tried to run over policemen at the two check posts....
