Delivery agent stabbed 10 times after parking dispute in f'bad
Gurugram, May 25 -- Two car-borne men were booked for allegedly stabbing a 22-year-old delivery agent at least 10 times over an argument about motorcycle parking in Faridabad's Sector 16, police said on Saturday.
The incident took place between 12.30am and 1am on Friday, leaving the victim, Nemraj Vaishnav, critically injured.
According to police, the suspects, believed to be residents of Sector 16, deliberately rammed Vaishnav's motorcycle with their car, causing him to fall, before assaulting him. "One of the suspects stabbed him at least 8-10 times in the back, abdomen, forearms and legs," said Yashpal Yadav, public relations officer of Faridabad police.
The accused also allegedly pulled out a pistol to shoot Vaishnav, but the victim managed to flee, police said. Police said an FIR under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) was registered at the Sector 17 police station on Friday night.
