Gurugram, May 2 -- A 38-year-old man from Delhi was killed while his wife and two children were critically injured after their car collided head on with a bus on Farrukhnagar-Sultanpur road in Gurugram on Wednesday, police said. No arrests were made in the accident till Thursday. The deceased was identified as Sanjay Sharma. Sharma was driving a Hyundai Creta. The family was on their way to their house in Dwarka Sector 26 from a wedding in Bhiwani when the accident took place at around 4.30pm on Wednesday. His wife Manju Devi, 35, daughter Tanu Kumari, 11 and son Vaibhav, 8, were injured in the accident. They are undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Gurugram Sector 90. Sandeep Kumar, public relations officer of Gurugram police, said the girl is on ventilator support. "The hospital administration has told the police that her chances of survival are slim," he said. Police are probing which vehicle was driving on the wrong side and if the bus driver was speeding or Sharma lost control of the vehicle. According to the police, the injured family was rushed to a hospital in Farrukhnagar. However, Sharma was declared dead on arrival, while the other victims were critical.
