Agra, Sept. 28 -- A motorcycle showroom owner was shot dead while boarding a bus in the Roravar police station area, in Aligarh, on Friday night. The deceased was with his father when two bike-borne assailants fired and injured Abhishek Gupta (25) who was declared dead at an Aligarh hospital later that night. SSP Aligarh Neeraj Jadaun informed that the incident took place at 9.30 pm on Friday when Abhishek was getting in the bus for Sikandrarau, a town in Hathras, when two people on a motorcycle fired at Abhishek, injuring him. He was rushed to hospital but died. "The father of the deceased has indicated that his son was in association with two, Ashok Pandey and Pooja Shakun with whom his relations were strained. We are registering a case on the basis of a complaint filed and action will follow," the SSP said. Annapurna Bharti aka Puja Shakun Pandey is national secretary of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha (ABHM) in Aligarh and claims to be a Mahamandleshwar.
