New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- A day after Delhi police personnel spoke fiercely against their top leadership outside the old Delhi Police headquarters at ITO, near-normalcy returned to the protest venue on Wednesday.
Except for the increased security - around 80 Central Reserve Paramilitary Force (CRPF) personnel were stationed - there was little to say that around 3,000 protesters had gathered here in an unprecedented move against their high-ranking officers the previous day.
The protest happened after lawyers and police clashed on Saturday at Tis Hazari Court Complex and lawyers beating a policemen two days later.
