2 dead, five hurt in wall collapse in Agra's Bah
Agra, Dec. 22 -- Two people were killed and five others were injured when an under-construction wall collapsed on them, in Bichkoli village of Agra's Bah tehsil on Sunday.
A rescue operation was carried out and all seven were pulled out of the debris. They were rushed to the local community health center and then to the emergency ward of SN Medical College and Hospital in Agra where two of them were declared dead. The deceased were identified as Heeralal (65) and Yogesh (45), both locals, stated Satya Dev Sharma, the incharge of the Bah police station. Relatives later shifted the injured to private hospitals in Agra city. The premises where the collapse happened is owned by Jor Singh, a resident of Bichkoli. The seven men were playing cards at 11 am when the wall fell on them, trapping them in the debris. The injured were identified as Ramendra (58), Sunil (38), Bhurelal (48), Kallu (32) and Uttam Prajapati (45), Bah police said....
