'Kherki Daula toll to shift to Pachgaon in 3 months now'
Gurugram, June 18 -- A week after stating that the Kherki Daula toll would shift within six months, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on Tuesday told the Gurugram administration that the move to Pachgaon will now be completed in three months.
The revised timeline was shared during the district coordination committee meeting chaired by DS Dhesi, principal advisor (urban development) to the Haryana government. NHAI said the toll shift has received final approval from the Union transport ministry. "We have started the process to shift the toll plaza. The 12-lane toll plaza will be collected through a global satellite navigation system," said an NHAI official. Located in Kukdola village, the new plaza will be 13km from Kherki Daula. The meeting also reviewed 95km of GMDA road upgrades, MCG's 44km repairs, drainage work at Narsinghpur, a flyover DPR, and Bandhwari waste disposal....
