Gurugram, Feb. 6 -- As part of an initiative launched in 2017 by chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar, the city police has decid to introduce special rooms to help people file complaints across five police stations in the city, starting March 1. The rooms are called Mitra Kaksha, which literally translates as "friendly rooms."

Five graduates for each Mitra Kaksha have been chosen from among police recruits, who are required to undergo special training for at least 10 days before joining their duties, said the police.
