India, Jan. 3 -- Actor-rapper Will Smith is facing a lawsuit from professional violinist Brian King Joseph, who has accused Will and his company of sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination, with damages to be determined by a jury. According to the civil complaint, filed in a Los Angeles court on December 30, Will, 57, and his company, Treyball Studios Management, have been named as defendants. The lawsuit alleges "predatory behaviour" and claims Will deliberately "groomed and primed" Brian for "further sexual exploitation" during Will's Based on a True Story: 2025 tour.
