India, Sept. 3 -- Suhana Khan, daughter of actor Shah Rukh Khan, seems to have landed in legal trouble related to a land purchase in Alibaug, Maharashtra. According to multiple reports, the actor acquired a plot of land in Thal village that was originally allocated by the government exclusively for agricultural purposes. Special permissions and documentation are required for the sale of such land, but reports suggest the due process was not followed in this transaction. In the registered documents made at the time of land purchase, Suhana was shown as a farmer. The property, approximately valued at Rs.12.91 crore, was purchased from the Khote family, residents of Mumbai's Cuffe Parade. Suhana reportedly paid around Rs.77.46 lakh as stamp duty, and the transaction took place on May 30, 2023. The Resident Deputy Commissioner of Police has asked the Alibaug tehsildar to submit a neutral report on the matter before further action is taken, as the case is currently under investigation. HTC...
