The original poster (OP) wrote a lengthy post on the Delhi subreddit about how they cracked admission to Hansraj College - among the top colleges in DU - only for their parents to refuse this move. The reason? The high AQI and pollution levels in the Capital. Seeking advice from the community, OP asked commenters for tips to change their parents' decision so as not to "let this opportunity slip away". The post gained widespread attention across social media platforms, and several commenters expressed empathy and frustration. One advised, "Explain them that getting into it and wasting that opportunity would be stupidity."
