India, Oct. 20 -- F or Sreeleela, this Diwali will be spent away from home, and on set. The actor, who's had a packed year and is gearing up for her upcoming film opposite Kartik Aaryan, says she'll be celebrating the festival in Mumbai this time. "I think I'll be shooting this year," she shares. "But usually, Diwali has always been about the diyas, decorations, and all the girls of the house coming together. We'd sit together, decorate, and also be careful with curtains so nothing catches fire. It's about decorating the house, wearing pretty dresses, and taking pictures. I stay away from dangerous patakhas," she smiles. Talking about family traditions, Sreeleela says Diwali has always been a time for togetherness. "It's when even cousins we haven't met in months come together. We eat, laugh, and enjoy the day," she says, adding, "This year will be a little different since I'm in Mumbai, not Hyderabad. I'm curious to see how this Diwali turns out! I'm not strict with my diet either, I eat what I like, especially sweets. Diwali is full of amazing food! From family get-togethers to buffets and dinners, I love filling my plate and enjoying everything." The festive season also brings out her inner chef. "I used to be very involved in making sweets at home. I'd make payasam. I love that process because the kitchen conversations are so special, my grandma shares childhood stories, my mom jumps in, and we all bond while cooking," she recalls fondly. As for her festive wardrobe, it's always a family affair. "Usually, my mum or grandma picks my outfit. If I'm going out for dinner, I might wear designer, but at home I prefer handloom. And I'm always careful not to wear satin or anything that catches fire easily," she says....
