India, Dec. 15 -- Actor Sonakshi Sinha has voiced strong concern over the growing trend of online attacks targeting performers and film critics, calling the wave of hostility "deeply troubling" and urging for stricter cyber laws to curb such behaviour. Speaking during a recent outing in Mumbai, Sonakshi highlighted how social media can allow anyone "from any part of the world" to hurl hurtful comments with little accountability. "What happens to everyone also happens in the case of actors. Now, it's with critics," she said, stressing that the problem goes beyond celebrity culture and reflects a larger issue of unchecked online behaviour. "I think that is something that we should all work towards putting an end to and try to figure a solution to that. Ki koi bhi kahin bhi baithkar aapko kuch bhi bol rahe hai and there is not much people can do about it. I feel we need to have strict laws to control it and keep a check on it," she added. htc...
