India, July 24 -- FKA Twigs (37), whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, moved to end her sexual battery lawsuit against ex-boyfriend, actor-filmmaker Shia LaBeouf (39), on Monday. Their lawyers confirmed a settlement, with details to remain private. The two celebrities' lawyers, in a joint statement, said that the deal was made in the spirit of "forging a constructive path forward" and that their clients wished "each other personal happiness, professional success, and peace in the future." The settlement ends a five-year case with little progress. According to the legal documents accessed by Us Weekly, FKA Twigs asked the court to dismiss all claims against Shia with prejudice, preventing her from refiling them. The two began dating after meeting on the set of Honey Boy (2019), a semi-autobiographical film Shia wrote. The relationship lasted nine months before ending in 2019 due to conflicting work schedules. According to FKA Twigs' lawsuit, what began as a "charm offensive" from Shia soon turned into a "living nightmare." She also claimed he isolated her from loved ones, demanded total loyalty, and displayed intense jealousy, even toward waiters and her ex-fiance, actor Robert Pattinson. Shia denied the accusations in the lawsuit in a 2021 filing, saying any injuries done or damages incurred by FKA Twigs were not his doing.htc...
