India, June 23 -- S alman Khan is battling severe health issues. The actor says that he is suffering from trigeminal neuralgia, AV malformation and brain aneurysm. While talking about the possibility of getting married, he spoke about his health struggles on actor-comedian Kapil Sharma's chat show. The 59-year-old added that he wouldn't want an unsuccessful marriage as the alimony will take away most of his hard-earned money. "Hum daily haddiyan tudwa rahe hain, pasliyan toot gai, trigeminal neuralgia ke sath kaam kar rahe hain, aneurysm hai brain mein uske bawajood kaam kar rahe hain.
