India, Sept. 15 -- A ctor Salman Khan paid a courtesy visit to Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Kavinder Gupta at Raj Niwas in Leh on Saturday. During the meeting, he was presented with a traditional Thangka canvas painting depicting scenes from the life of Buddha, with both posing for photographs to mark the cordial exchange. The visit came amid Salman's ongoing shoot in Leh for Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The film, inspired by the 2020 Galwan Valley clashes at the India-China border, will feature the actor donning the Indian Army uniform. Actor Chitrangda Singh has also joined the cast for the Ladakh schedule, which includes filming of the climax sequence under high-altitude conditions. Salman has admitted the action is especially demanding at this stage in his career, with sequences involving cold water and the challenges of acclimatising to Leh's thin air.HTC...
