India, May 15 -- After a busy year, Saiyami Kher has shifted base to Nashik, Maharashtra for the next few months. The actor, who was recently seen in the actioner Jaat, is preparing for her second Ironman Triathlon, which will take place in Sweden in July. Saiyami, who was shooting for a yet-to-be announced south film while doing IPL commentary, tells us, "I needed a break; not to rest, but to go all in on my Ironman prep." Last year, she completed the Ironman in Berlin, becoming the first female Bollywood actor to do so. The event - which covers a distance of 113km over a course that includes a swim, a bike ride and a run without breaks - is no mean feat, and Saiyami says, "I knew this year's race was going to be tougher than my last one. The elevation and the course... it's a different beast." This year, the actor is "excited" to push the limits of her physical strength. "I wanted to do another half Ironman before the full one (which covers just over 226km). I'm keeping my fingers crossed," she admits. Ask how the move has improved the way she trains and Saiyami explains that being in Nature has helped her build resistance. "Coming to Nashik has been such an eye-opener. Swimming in the lake, cycling 40km along these hills, running long distances: it's shown me just how much harder I need to train. I've been putting in over four hours a day; it's been intense, but so worth it," she signs off....
