India, May 18 -- After nearly two decades in television and film, actor Saanand Verma is making his singing debut in the upcoming film Golambar, lending his voice to three songs. Taking the leap did not feel like a risk. He says, "If there's risk, there's love." Saanand has worked in Chhichhore (2019), Thank God (2022), and Mission Raniganj (2023) as well as shows like Gupp Chupp and Sacred Games. The actor says he has faith in his hard work and in knowing that he will not abandon acting. Saanand tells us, "Hard work will never be affected if I take a risk. I haven't taken any such risk where I've left shooting to sing. Shooting will always be my priority. Acting will always be my priority. Whatever work I do, I live in the moment, give my 100% and stay focused on my work." For years, acting took centre stage, but now the Patna-born actor feels it's the right time to share his singing with the world. He says this film is not a one-time off. His love for singing has always been there, even when he held a corporate job. "I'm also doing a few singing projects. My role model is Kishore Kumar ji, and he wrote lyrics, did music direction, sang songs, and acted too. As actors, we do get some time [between projects] to do something different and bring our talents in front of the world. That's what I'm doing," concludes the actor, who is also well known for his role of Anokhelal Saxena in a popular daily sitcom....
