India, May 9 -- Ryan International School, Vasant Kunj, held a special felicitation ceremony recently, celebrating the exceptional achievement of Class XII student Jasreen Bindra. She has secured a top 3 position in the prestigious QS I-GAUGE PACT Star Awards 2025. This nationwide competition, focused on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), recognises student-led projects from grades VIII-XII aimed at creating a sustainable impact. Jasreen's project, SACHA SAUDA-Feeding the Poor is the Most Profitable Deal, aligns with SDG Goal 2: Zero Hunger. It was selected from among 140 entries submitted by students from 20 leading schools across India. To further implement this initiative, she received a cash prize of Rs.50,000 from QS I-GAUGE. The event was graced by Ravin Nair, Managing Director, QS I-GAUGE, and Dr Snehal Pinto, Director, Ryan Group of Schools. Dr Pinto addressed the students, emphasising the importance of youth participation in sustainable development, and applauded Jasreen's achievement. Meanwhile, Nair lauded her innovative approach and encouraged students to contribute to solving global challenges. The event also recognised the exemplary performance of Ryan Schools in the latest QS I-GAUGE school ratings.
