India, June 7 -- The Bengaluru Police took into custody Nikhil Sosale, the marketing head of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), in connection with the stampede that occurred outside M Chinnaswamy Stadium on June 4 during the victory celebration for RCB, which led to 11 deaths. Nikhil called the arrest unlawful and was set to move court, till the time of going to press. Also, three members of DNA Entertainment Networks Pvt. Ltd, the event company that organised the event, were arrested. Meanwhile, a statement issued by the RCB read: "As a mark of respect, RCB has announced financial support of Rs.10 lakh to each of the 11 families of the deceased." HTC...
