Orange rabri: A 15-minute Diwali dessert
India, Oct. 20 -- Creamy, citrusy, and light; this no-fry festive sweet by food influencer Pooja Bajaj (@foodbydesigner.soul) by takes barely 15 minutes and looks stunning served in orange cups.
1. Slice oranges in half, scoop out the pulp, and squeeze out the juice.
2. Bring milk to a boil and slowly add the orange juice. Let it thicken slightly.
3. Strain the mixture, then stir in custard milk.
4. Add a little plain milk to adjust consistency and sweetness. Chill in the fridge and serve in the orange cups for afestivetouch....
