India, March 2 -- A ctor Jatin Sarna is set to play the antagonist in Jailer 2, opposite what he calls his "dream actor" Rajinikanth. The film marks his second collaboration with the superstar after Darbar (2020), something he describes as both surreal and deeply personal. Calling it "a manifestation that played 2x," Sarna shares, "Many won't believe it, but for years I have had Rajinikanth sir's framed photo from Kaala (2018) above the door in my living room, with 'Kya Re' written on it. For me, it's been a daily reminder - like asking myself, what are you doing, man? First I got to do Darbar, and now this sequel. It really feels like 2x." Reflecting on working with the superstar again, he says, "I grew up watching him and have so many memories attached to Rajini sir. The bright side is that I got great exposure in the South Indian industry. I learnt and spoke Tamil, and much to my surprise, I was complimented on how well I adapted. I have completed my shoot." There has also been speculation about Shah Rukh Khan playing a role in the film. Sarna, however, remains tight-lipped. "I've wrapped my portions and I'm not aware of any such development, so I won't be able to comment on that," he says....
