India, Feb. 15 -- As the CBSE Class XII board exams season peaks, a Noida-based businessman's post on X has gone viral, drawing over 55k views within hours of posting. "If board exams decided life, half the CEOs would be unemployed. Let that sink in," wrote Vineet Nayar (see right), sharing his own marksheet of the Class XII CBSE examinations in 1979. Nayar described walking out of his Chemistry paper in "full panic mode". A cousin's question shifted his thinking: "Will you die if you fail?" When he said no, the cousin replied, "Then why are you treating it as a life and death situation?" He wrote that he approached his Mathematics exam two days later with greater calm, eventually scoring 94 in the subject and 71% overall. "Exams test memory. Life tests courage. Boards are a level in the game. Not the whole game," he wrote. The post has prompted mixed reactions online. One X user wrote, "But for a middle-class family, marks are still highly relevant and will be!" Meanwhile, another section praised his academic record. "71% in that era is awesome and 94 in Maths is outstanding even in today's terms," a user commented. htc...
