Hutong Dubai returns to Shangri-La Eros
India, Oct. 16 -- Renowned for its contemporary Northern Chinese cuisine, Hutong has captivated diners across Hong Kong, London, and Dubai. Now it returns to the Capital to recreate its fiery flavours and artistic finesse.
This month, Shangri-La Eros New Delhi welcomes back Hutong Dubai for an exclusive three-day culinary showcase at Shang Palace from October 24 to 26.
Guests can indulge in a specially curated set menu featuring Hutong's most celebrated dishes, such as Roasted Peking Duck with Pancakes, Red Lantern Soft-Shell Crab, Lobster with Mapo Tofu, and Grilled Lamb Rack with Cumin Seeds, ending with the signature Bao and Soy dessert.
Enhancing the experience, acclaimed mixologist Andreas Qepali will take over Grappa bar, presenting inventive cocktails crafted to perfectly complement Hutong's bold flavours.
The set menu is available for both lunch and dinner, priced at Rs.6,000 plus taxes per person for the vegetarian menu, and Rs.7,000 plus taxes per person for the non-vegetarian menu.
