India, Feb. 22 -- Actor Prajesh Kashyap, who played the antagonist in Mardaani 3, is enjoying the attention the film's success is bringing his way. However, he has been in the industry for almost eight years and observes an important change in the work culture when it comes to giving space to new talent. Prajesh feels that even though the struggle for those who come from other parts of the country remains, there is now more space for training for actors. "I think the struggle is pretty much the same in my limited knowledge, but what has changed is that there are more opportunities for actors to train with many more institutes. There are more workshops that take acting seriously, and actors can work on their skills," says Prajesh. He also credits the thriving theatre scene in Mumbai for helping actors hone their acting skills. "The theater scene is very good, and that helps a lot of actors to just polish their skills, meet other actors," says the Delhiite, who also worked in Delhi's theatre circuit before moving to Mumbai. Mumbai, known for being an expensive metropolitan, can pose financial challenges. Something that just doing theatre cannot overcome. "It's very hard to sustain. I don't think financially it helps a lot. Ofcourse there are big theatre productions and small ones. It does depend a lot on that for actors," says Prajesh....
