India, Nov. 23 -- Actor Gulshan Devaiah recently announced his Tamil and Telugu debuts with Legacy and Maa Inti Bangaram, respectively. While he remains tight-lipped about the Samantha Ruth Prabhu-led Telugu film, he will be seen playing the role of a cop in the Tamil film, which also stars R Madhavan. Gulshan, who has earlier played cop roles in web series like Duranga and Bad Cop, tells us in jest, "Main mazak mein bolta hun ki I am creating a cop universe of my own! I am trying to create different roles within a similar cop space." The actor adds that an artiste can bring a lot of variety to a character in different projects. "Being a cop toh job hota hai na, personality toh different hoti hai. So, I have to create the illusion of creating a different person in every cop role that I do. Like in Bad Cop, the two characters were completely different. They were not the same people. With his personality, his circumstances, his environment where he grew up, his culture is different." Probe him further about working with Samantha, and he says, "Maa Inti Bangaram ke baare mein main kuch nahin kahunga, kyunki thoda sa main kaam apne upar kar raha hun. Jitni taiyari honi chahiye thi, utni nahin hui hai. Abhi abhyaas kar raha hun."...
