India, Feb. 8 -- T he language of couture has found a new address. Global fashion and lifestyle brand Elie Saab has entered India's luxury real estate landscape through a partnership with M3M India and Smartworld Developers, unveiling Signature Residences by Elie Saab in Gurugram and Noida. The projects mark the brand's first branded residential developments in the country. The launch comes at a time when India's premium homebuyers are increasingly seeking global design sensibilities paired with experience-led living. Located in two of NCR's most strategic pockets, Sector 111 in Gurugram's Smart City Delhi Airport district and Sector 98 in Noida, the developments promise privacy, connectivity and curated urban living. While the Gurugram address sits within The Billionaire's Block, a 170-acre enclave reserved for globally branded residences, the Noida project offers uninterrupted golf course views with seamless access to Delhi and other key hubs. Interiors across both projects will feature bespoke furniture and decor from the Elie Saab Maison collection, created in collaboration with architect Carlo Colombo and crafted in Italy. The Gurugram development will house 300 four-bedroom residences, with expansive layouts ranging from 4,200 to 4,650 sq ft. Homes will feature wrap-around decks, generous floor-to-ceiling heights and private jacuzzis. In Noida, the six-acre project will offer three- and four-bedroom residences alongside one- and two-bedroom apartments, with an emphasis on privacy and refined everyday living. Pankaj Bansal, Promoter, M3M India and founder of Smartworld Developers, said the partnership reflects a shared vision of creating homes defined by design integrity and long-term relevance.
