David Guetta turns Sunburn into a giant sing-along
India, Dec. 22 -- Global EDM icon David Guetta, who last performed in India in 2017, turned Day 2 of Sunburn Festival in Mumbai into a full-throttle celebration as thousands sang along to his set.
Taking over the main stage, the DJ-producer wasted no time igniting the crowd, opening his set with a seamless run of chart-topping anthems that quickly transformed the festival grounds into a massive, unified chorus. Mid-set, Guetta paused to connect with the audience, asking, "How are we feeling, India?" drawing thunderous cheers.
"I've been a DJ since I was 14, and we are still together," he told fans, a line that resonated strongly with a crowd that has grown up on his music. The set struck a careful balance between nostalgia and high-octane energy, featuring classics such as Titanium, Play Hard, Without You and Together. He also delivered punchy remixes of tracks like Fein, Forever Young and Give Me Everything Tonight.
One of the night's biggest surprises came when actor-singer Nora Fatehi joined Guetta on stage towards the end of his set, offering a brief preview of their upcoming collaboration, despite having met with an accident earlier in the day.
Beyond the main stage, Day 2 unfolded across multiple venues, with performances by Indian and international acts keeping the festival in constant motion.
