Daddy doubles up: Pedro Pascal lookalikes take over NYC

t was a Father's Day to remember on the streets of New York's Lower East Side, where fans gathered not for brunch, but for a very specific mission - to find the ultimate Pedro Pascal doppelganger. The occasion? A delightfully bizarre lookalike contest celebrating the Last of Us star's undeniable charm and internet-daddy status. Among nearly 30 hopefuls, it was Pedro #5 - aka George Gountas, a television lighting designer for The Daily Show - who stole the spotlight and walked away with the $50 cash prize and, more importantly, a year's supply of burritos courtesy of the event's host, Son Del North Mexican restaurant. And no, George didn't sign himself up. "It started when Game of Thrones came out - that's when people started pointing it out," said his wife, Jenny Gania, who lovingly dragged him to the event.
"It's Father's Day. You have to go. It's going to be your Father's Day treat," she told him. George, for the record, isn't even on social media. "But now," he laughed, "I'm going to be everywhere."
The contest also followed in the footsteps of last year's Timothee Chalamet lookalike contest in Madison Square Park, which famously included a surprise appearance by Chalamet himself. No such Pascal pop-in this time, but the resemblance among the contenders was enough to stir chaos online. HTC...
