Unlike traditional baked cheesecakes that rely heavily on cream cheese, cream, and eggs, this version replaces most of the fat with Greek yogurt. The method is simple, explained by food blogger Sanjana Das. In Japan, coconut sable-style cookies are commonly used, valued for their mild sweetness and ability to soften without dissolving. Around the world, content creators are using any biscuit that carries warm spice or buttery notes to recreate the flavour and texture of a cheesecake base.
