India, July 21 -- A n inspiring mix of dignitaries and honourees gathered in the Capital recently to celebrate powerful voices of change and leadership. At the third edition of the Aalekh Women Achievers Awards, Rennie Joyy, founder of the Aalekh Foundation, noted, "These awards are a tribute to women who lead with integrity, imagination, and impact." The event unfolded with a blend of tributes and performances, including a soulful musical act, a dance recital and a fashion showcase. In his address, former CEO Niti Aayog, ex-Sherpa G20 and guest of honour Amitabh Kant said: "The World Economic Forum estimates it will take 134 years to achieve gender parity, but we need to make it happen within a decade. The way forward is to inspire, motivate and place women in leadership."
