India, Sept. 30 -- Lutf, a group of senior music enthusiasts, recently paid tribute to Hindi cinema legend Dev Anand at Delhi's The Piano Man. The ensemble recreated some of the actor's most timeless songs, bringing back memories of the golden era of Indian films. The repertoire included the soulful Tadbeer Se Bigdi Huyi Taqdeer (Baazi, 1949), Abhi Na Jao Chhod Kar (Hum Dono, 1961) and Khoya Khoya Chand (Kala Bazar, 1960). The audience sang along to each tune, turning the show into a collective celebration of music. Ajai Chowdhry, a member of the group, called the experience deeply personal. "Music has always been my passion. This group gave me the space and platform to pursue my childhood dream," he said as he spoke about Dev Anand's charm that connects with people across generations.
