India, Feb. 5 -- Jeff Guenther, a Portland-based counsellor and mental health expert, took to his Instagram to discuss anarchist callisthenics, a psychological workout of practising small, inconsequential acts of defiance to activate your "muscles of independent judgement." In the video, he says, "We become moral robots who follow orders just because they are orders," and shares methods to break the pattern. He suggests questioning harmless rules, emphasising that the goal isn't to cause chaos but to remind your brain that you are the one who decides what is right.
