India, Dec. 24 -- T he 9th annual meeting and international summit of the Association of Corporate Counsel & Company Secretaries (ACoS) convened an eminent cross-section of the country's legal and corporate leadership. Held under the theme India Rising: Legal Minds, Global Businesses - Role of the Legal Profession in Shaping India's Global Competitiveness, the summit offered a robust platform for deliberation on the evolving role of the legal profession in strengthening governance frameworks, bolstering investor confidence, and advancing India's global economic ambitions. The evening transitioned into a valedictory session marked by a keynote address from Justice J.K. Maheshwari, Judge, Supreme Court of India, and opening remarks by Justice Sachin Datta, Judge, High Court of Delhi. Their addresses underscored the critical importance of institutional strength, regulatory clarity, and ethical leadership in shaping India's growth narrative.
