India, Nov. 6 -- T he Capital recently hosted a soulful evening of music and conversation that underlined the need to bridge India's artistic heritage with modern enterprise. The event served as a prelude to Rishal Music Trust's upcoming initiative, Lakshmi Meets Saraswati, launching this December. The programme symbolises the union of prosperity and knowledge - enterprise and art - in line with the Trust's mission to revive cultural traditions through creative collaboration. Hosted by Harvansh Chawla, Chairman and Chief Patron of Rishal Music Trust, the evening also saw the unveiling of Sufi Music: Through the Eye of Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, authored by Dr Jagriti Luthra Prasanna and published by BR Rhythms, celebrating India's rich musical and spiritual legacy. Guests were later treated to an evocative performance by National Award-winning artists Rajesh and Rishab Prasanna, exponents of the Banaras Gharana's timeless tradition. The gathering sought to bridge culture and enterprise, echoing the Trust's belief that when supported by industry, art becomes a lasting force for social and spiritual enrichment.
