India, Nov. 26 -- When the going gets tough, the tough get going. And, para-archer Harvinder Singh has personified this proverb to the T. One time, when Singh was one-and-a-half years old, he fell sick and was running a fever. On being taken to a doctor, he was wrongly administered an injection that had an adverse effect, leading to the loss of function in his legs. Despite the challenges he faced thereon, Singh went on to win a Bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Paralympics and more recently, the Arjuna Award for his outstanding performance in archery. "Arjuna ek maahan teerandaaz the, aur mera game bhi wahi hai, so I couldn't be prouder at being awarded with the Arjuna Award," he says....
