India, March 28 -- T o mark Consular Day, the Honorary Consular Corps Diplomatique-India hosted an evening in New Delhi celebrating excellence in diplomacy. The event honoured NGOs and Honorary Consuls for their work in strengthening bilateral relations. The chief guest was Dr Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) and Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs.
