15th DGC Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship 2025 wraps up in style
India, Dec. 3 -- It was a great week for women's golf at the Delhi Golf Club as the 15th DGC Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship 2025, presented by Usha, ended on a high note. The three-day, 54-hole WAGR event brought together 115 talented golfers, with 80 of them chasing the top spot.
After a close and exciting finish, Ojaswini Saraswat lifted the trophy with a score of 222, followed by Keya Badugu at 225 and Yogya Bhalla at 232. One of the most memorable moments came from Ashem Agnish, who wowed everyone with a brilliant hole-in-one on the 5th hole.
This year also saw a strong lineup of young players, including 20 juniors with handicaps of 9 and below, many already shining on national and international tours. Looking back, Mala Bawa, Lady Captain at DGC, shared, "The enthusiasm and commitment shown by all the players has been truly motivating, and seeing more junior girls in the fray every year is wonderful."
