India, July 20 -- N itesh Tiwari's Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash, is shaping up to be the biggest Indian film ever made, and it's bringing together two musical powerhouses: Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman. Zimmer, known for his work on Dune and Interstellar, will be collaborating with Rahman on the film's score. In a recent interview with Connect Cine, Rahman shared his excitement: "Who would've imagined me scoring with Hans Zimmer on a project like Ramayana, one of the biggest films? It's our Indian culture, and I'm really proud of that project. I hope everything goes well." Speaking about the process of working with Zimmer, he revealed, "The first few sessions were great - London, LA and Dubai. Wherever Zimmer travels, I find a base there. He's very curious about culture and open to criticism. He also leads the narrative, asking, 'Can I bring in a Western perspective here?'" The film will release in two parts across Diwali 2026 and 2027. HTC...
