'I want to do something special in Hindi again'

early four years after his Hindi debut Laal Singh Chaddha (2022), Naga Chaitanya says he remains open to returning to Bollywood, but only if the right script comes along.
"There is no specific reason," he says about his absence from Hindi films. "I've been working on projects here that have taken a lot of time and effort. But I'm looking forward to an opportunity in Hindi and want to do something special again," he adds.
The actor insists the film's underwhelming box office response hasn't made him cautious. "I really enjoyed that experience. We understand that some films have ups and downs, but that doesn't stop us from our pursuit," he says.
Currently occupied with large-scale Telugu projects including Vrushakarma, Chaitanya adds that the nature of these films, particularly VFX-heavy work, has demanded more time and focus. "It's not about timing or strategy," he says, adding, "For me, it's always about the script and the character. Language is not a barrier anymore. I'm open to doing a Hindi film, but it has to truly motivate me."...
