India, June 3 -- Freshly back from the Cannes Film Festival in the French Riviera, Nitanshi Goel confesses that she gets her biggest high from her humble bicycle. On World Bicycle Day today, she reflects on this form of "meditation". "Cycling has always felt like freedom on two wheels. I probably wasn't supposed to go that far, but the rain, the laughter... It was such a thrilling little escape."
As the world accelerates at breakneck speed, Nitanshi believes it's high time we all slow down - one cycle ride at a time. "We spend so much time indoors, glued to screens, and somewhere we've forgotten how refreshing it feels to just be outside. It doesn't take much, just you and a cycle. And in this fast-paced world, where everything is about productivity and speed, cycling reminds you to slow down and breathe," she signs off....
