Zubeen Garg's last film Roi Roi Binale dominates Assam screens; Thamma, Kantara removed, Baahubali gets no shows
India, Nov. 1 -- Singer Zubeen Garg's final film, Roi Roi Binale, will play exclusively across Assam from October 31, with Thamma, Kantara: Chapter 1, and Baahubali being removed as a tribute to him. A source informed Bollywood Hungama that all theatres in the North-eastern state will discontinue holdover releases and new releases, showing only his film.
Directed by Rajesh Bhuyan and written by Zubeen, Roi Roi Binale is an Assamese-language musical romantic drama which stars him alongside Mousumi Alifa and others. The singer-actor died on September 19, 2025, in Singapore due to drowning and is being honoured with this exclusive release....
