Workshop on confidence building held at Gurukul Global School
Chandigarh, Sept. 19 -- Director Devraj Setya of Gurukul Global School, addressed the school faculty on the theme of 'Confidence - The Tree of Growth.' Using the imagery of a tree, he explained how confidence develops, flourishes, and ultimately bears fruit when nurtured with care and awareness.
Devraj beautifully compared the growth of confidence to the structure of a tree: Roots of Confidence: Emotional, social, and religious values that give a person depth and stability.
Trunk of Confidence: Inspiration, experience, and entertainment that strengthen and support an individual's journey.
Branches of Confidence: Point of view, concentration, and taking responsibility that extend one's reach and broaden perspective. Care of Confidence: The role of social feedback, avoiding overconfidence, wrong fertilisers, and dirty water-a reminder that negative influences can hinder growth. Fruits of Confidence: Reflection, understanding, and belief, which ultimately lead to model confidence-the ability to inspire and guide others....
