Panchkula, May 7 -- A 57-year-old woman, undergoing chemical treatment for xanthelasma - a condition where cholesterol-filled plaques form around the eyelids - at the civil hospital, Sector 6, Panchkula, suffered burns as the liquid spilled on to her face, allegedly due to a trainee doctor's negligence.
