Bengaluru, Sept. 26 -- Wipro chairman Azim Premji rejected chief minister Siddaramaiah's request to open the company's Sarjapur campus-owned by the company and a special economic zone to boot-for limited public use to address traffic jams along the city's Outer Ring Road.
