Banur, Sept. 25 -- Holy Mary School celebrated Vishav Punjabi Divas with great enthusiasm and pride on September 23, 2025. On this occasion, students presented a special assembly conducted entirely in Punjabi. There was also a special speech organised emphasising the significance of loving one's native language and culture. The event aimed to connect students with their mother tongue and instil in them love and respect for the Punjabi language. Through speeches, poems, and songs, children highlighted the importance of preserving and promoting Punjabi. In her address, principal Shiny Devasia emphasised that the mother tongue is the foundation of one's culture, heritage, and identity. She encouraged students to remain rooted in Punjabi culture and contribute towards its preservation and promotion.
