Jammu, Nov. 2 -- The district administration has made it mandatory for all landlords, property owners and business establishments to disclose details of their tenants, domestic helpers and employees to the local police by November 6. The move just before the reopening of Darbar Move offices, which were closed in Srinagar on October 31 and are scheduled to reopen here on November 3. District magistrate Rakesh Minhas also issued directions to courier, logistics and parcel companies to verify parcels to ensure that their services are not misused to transport narcotic substances. htc...
