India, Aug. 2 -- The Council of Ministers on Friday gave its approval to continue concessional rate of value added tax (VAT) at the rate of 1% in place of 20% on aviation turbine fuel (ATF) sold at all airports across the state to promote regional air connectivity and allied aviation activities.
